Our Story
Lighthouse Health was founded by Gloria Ward, a healthcare consultant who spent years working directly with C-suite executives at Community Health Centers across the country.
Time and again, she saw the same pattern: brilliant, mission-driven leaders pouring everything they had into serving underserved communities — while unknowingly leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table every year.
The problem was never effort or dedication. It was visibility.
